Norwich is preparing to turn up the heat as Bond No.28 joins forces with Norfolk street-food favourite Jus’ Winging It for a new food and nightlife experience in the heart of Tombland.
The partnership will officially launch at 5pm on Thursday, September 10, bringing together award-winning chicken wings, cocktails, DJs and music under one roof. The event promises to transform Bond into a meeting place for food lovers and partygoers, with the music playing and the wings flying well into the evening.
For Jus’ Winging It, the collaboration represents another milestone in a story built on big flavours and an even bigger reputation. The Norfolk and Suffolk business describes itself as a 24-time Wing Fest award winner, having collected prizes across the festival’s Best BBQ, Best Buffalo and Best Wild Wing categories.
Among its standout achievements is first place in the Judges’ Choice for Best BBQ Wing at London Wing Fest. The brand has also secured first-place Judges’ Choice awards for its Buffalo wings in Bristol and Manchester, alongside a Judges’ Choice victory for Best Wild Wing in Derby. Its collection includes further podium finishes voted for by both industry judges and the wing-eating public.
These are serious credentials. Wing Fest sees leading restaurants, street-food traders and chicken specialists compete before expert judging panels and thousands of visitors. At the 2026 London event alone, 50 businesses battled for honours across its three flagship categories.
Now, Norwich diners will be able to experience those competition-tested flavours in the elegant surroundings of Bond No.28. Known for cocktails, late-night entertainment and its distinctive Neo-Georgian setting, the Tombland venue is bringing a different energy to casual dining where high-quality food meets the atmosphere of a night out.
There is something naturally fitting about the partnership. Chicken wings are social food: made for sharing, debating and ordering “just one more” before the basket mysteriously empties.
