2 – 4 April 2026
St Mary’s Works, Norwich
A brand new beer festival is set to land in Norwich this spring, as Boom Towers Beer Con makes its debut from 2 to 4 April 2026 at St Mary’s Works. Housed inside the city’s former shoe factory, the three day event promises a vibrant celebration of independent brewing, live music and street food in one of Norwich’s most characterful venues.
Boom Towers Beer Con will showcase more than 120 lines of beer from over 40 independent breweries across the UK and Europe. Festival goers can expect a wide variety of styles, including limited editions, one off collaborations, blends and much loved bestsellers. It is designed as an opportunity to explore new flavours, discover emerging breweries and revisit favourite pours all in one place.

Each entry ticket includes a branded cup, allowing visitors to enjoy beers throughout the festival. The set up encourages guests to move freely between breweries, sample different styles and take their time soaking up the atmosphere inside the industrial surroundings of St Mary’s Works.
While beer takes centre stage, the event has been curated to offer something for everyone. A broad selection of cider, fizz, wine and spirits will also be available, alongside soft drinks for those choosing alcohol free options. Street food vendors will be serving a variety of dishes, ensuring there is plenty to pair with each drink.
Live music will run across the weekend, transforming the former factory into a lively social space where visitors can relax, connect and enjoy the entertainment. The combination of drinks, food and performance gives Boom Towers Beer Con a festival feel that extends well beyond a traditional tasting event.
A key part of the event is its focus on the people behind the industry. Attendees will have the chance to meet brewers, branding designers and beer writers, as well as take part in informal discussions. The aim is to shine a spotlight on the creativity and craftsmanship that drive the independent drinks scene.
St Mary’s Works provides a fitting backdrop for the event. The historic industrial setting adds character and scale, reinforcing Norwich’s reputation for supporting independent businesses and cultural experiences. Over three days, the venue will become a hub for beer lovers, curious newcomers and anyone looking to experience something new in the city.
With more than 120 beers, live music and a strong community focus, Boom Towers Beer Con is shaping up to be one of Norwich’s standout events for 2026. Whether you are a seasoned craft enthusiast or simply enjoy discovering new flavours, this April festival is set to raise a glass to independent brewing in style.
